How do I return an item?
We hope you’re thrilled with your 3-D puzzle! But if it’s not exactly what you wanted…remember, we’re only happy when you are!
Puzzles may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of ordering. Just be careful to send it back unopened, in new condition.
Additionally, please keep in mind:
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment, less a $7.95 return shipping fee if you choose to use the prepaid return label.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items marked final sale may not be returned.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to credit you for items returned after 30 days, or in damaged condition.
Carefully pack your items, wrapping them well so that they arrive undamaged.
Include the original sales receipt (keep a copy for yourself), and indicate if you’d like to exchange the item for another.
You may choose one of two shipping options:
Conveniently print a prepaid return label.
Remove all stickers and barcodes from the package, and attach your prepaid return label.

Note: When using this option, a $7.95 charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Ship your return on your own.
Select a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.
